Pang previously served SAS as an appointed Trustee for a four-year term from 2018 until 2022, including three years as Chair of our Trusteeship Committee. He is a partner at Cooley LLP, a Silicon Valley-based international law firm, and works closely with the start-up community. Pang holds a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is the parent of three SAS alumni.
